Hi, I’m Sabine, founder of Creation Editor. Over two decades, I have had the pleasure of delivering video and photography projects for businesses, agencies, and organisations where clarity, discretion, and reliability matter.
My background in filmmaking and photography, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, means I approach every project as a commercial problem to solve: balancing creative quality with deadlines, stakeholders, and real-world constraints. I’m typically brought in when projects need to run smoothly, approvals need to stick, and reputations need protecting.
I help organisations and agencies create visual content that actually lands: editorially, reputationally, and commercially.
Some may know me as a Screendance Designer, for my performance and screendance work. Over the years, I have produced my own work that has screened all over the world. I have also documented and created work for other dance and theatre companies from UK, China to Norway.
I also host the international mailing list for Media-Arts-And-Dance for artist across the globe.

Creation Editor - Terms & Conditions
1.Scope of Services
All services will be provided in accordance with the agreed quotation, proposal, or written scope of work. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, acc ess to locations, relevant personnel, and any materials required for the project. Delay s in providing these may affect delivery times and project costs.
3. Permissions and Usage Rights
The Client warrants that they have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, releases, and consents required for the recording, photography , filming, publication, and use of people, produc ts, premises , intellectual property, trademarks, music ,
logos, documents , and other materials involved in the project. The Client shall indemnify Creation Editor against any claims arising from a failure to obtain such permissions.
4. Health & Safety
The Client s hall identify any hazards , restrictions , safety requirements, or prohibited areas prior to commencement of work a nd shall ensure safe acc ess to all agreed filming and photography locations.
5. Fees and Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Creation Editor reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable legislation.
6. Cancellations and Postponements
Where diary time has been reserved, cancellations or postponements may be charged as follows:
•More than 14 days' notice: no charge.
•7–14 days' notice: full deposit harge
•Les s than 7 days' notice: Reasonable pre-production, planning, travel, hire and preparation cos ts already incurred shall remain pay able.
7. Amendments and Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, quotations include one round of reasonable amendments. Additional revisions may be charged at the pr evailing hourly or daily rate.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees due, the Client shall own and have full rights to use, reproduce, publis h, dis tribute, edit, an d exploit the final agreed photographs , videos, podcasts, and other project deliverables for their business purposes without
res triction. Creation Editor retains ownership of all underlying methodologies, workshop structures, training materials , templates, processes , production workflows, know-how, and any pre-existing intellectual property us ed in the delivery of the
Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Creation Editor reserves the right to use completed work , including photographs , videos, podcasts, and project excerpts, for portfolio, webs ite, social media, award submissions, training, case studies ,
and promotional purposes. Where confidentiality requirements apply, such use shall be subject to the Client's prior approval. Any transfer of ownership under this clause applies only to the final project deliverables and does not transfer ownership
of Creation Editor's underlying intellectual property, training materials, business proc ess es , methodologies, or future derivative works.
9. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless subject to confidentiality obligations or otherwise agreed in writing, Creation Editor may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, training, award submissions, case studies, and promotional purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Creation Editor's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project. Creation Editor shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, business interruption, or
loss of opportunity.
11. Force Majeure
Creation Editor shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, acc idents, transport disruption, severe weather, venue closures, technical failures, or government
restrictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
